Yvette Smit Attorneys is a private practice where we focus our attention on service delivery with a personal touch, and where the client becomes part of our family.

Our firm is headed up by Yvette Smit, who was admitted as Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer, in 1999.  Prior thereto, she was a senior examiner with the Deeds Office of Pretoria, where she worked for 7 years.

Our focus is mainly on all property related matters, for instance, transfers, subdivisions, consolidations, township and sectional title developments.

The following matters are attended to by our Notarial division:  from the  drafting and registration of Antenuptial Contracts and Notarial Bonds, to the authentication of your documents for use overseas or otherwise. We can also assist with having an Apostille Certificate affixed to your documents, and we deal directly with DIRCO when required.

Family matters, e.c. divorces, drafting of Last Wills and Testaments, and winding up of deceased estates, to name a few, are also handled by our firm.
